Anxiety Support Group Houston (Online) for Highly Sensitive Women
You've mastered everything except how to quiet your own mind.
An intimate group for highly sensitive, high-achieving women who are tired of carrying anxiety as the price of ambition — and ready to finally feel at home in themselves.
Only 8 Spots available.
On the outside, you have it together.
On the inside, it's a different story.
Does this sound familiar?
You say yes when every part of you wants to say no — and then spend the rest of the week resenting it.
You lie awake replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions you made days ago.
You feel things more deeply than other people seem to, and you've spent years trying to hide it.
You're exhausted after social situations, meetings, or conflict — even when nothing "that bad" happened.
Your worry doesn't match your circumstances. From the outside, your life looks fine. Inside, you're bracing for something to go wrong.
You've been called "too sensitive" your whole life — and part of you still believes it.
You're not broken. You're not weak. You're wired differently — and nobody ever taught you how to work with that wiring instead of against it.
That's exactly what this group is for.
Eight weeks from now, you'll have something you've never had before.
-
A quiet nervous system
Real tools — not just "breathe deeply" — to regulate when anxiety spikes.
-
Boundaries that hold
Scripts, practice, and the inner work to actually use them without guilt.
-
A new relationship with worry
CBT skills to interrupt thought spirals before they take over your day.
-
Women who truly get it
A room of eight women who feel everything deeply — and finally feel less alone.
-
Sensitivity as a strength
A reframe that changes how you see yourself — and how you move through the world.
-
A plan you'll actually use
A personal HSP care plan built around your life, your triggers, your patterns.
This group is not about fixing you. It's about finally understanding yourself — and learning to build a life that works with who you actually are.
